All participating groups must be aware of the
following rules and regulations.
Lack of knowledge of these rules and regulations will not constitute adequate
proof for non-conformancy to them, and are to be read at the time of
registration. |

| Art. 1 |
This is a European competition. |
| Art. 2 |
Participation in this competition is free of charge and is
open to all young musical groups made up of at least 3 members
who have requested to participate according to the regulations. |
| Art. 3 |
Cover tunes
are not accepted, nor are tunes already on the market. |
| Art. 4 |
Participants accept full responsibility for liability of the musical rights not of their property. That is the bands who are selected for the semi-finals must agree to the release of material performed live at the festival, for the semi-finals and the final. This organization does not accept any liability of the such. |
| Art. 5 |
If one or more members are of minor age, they must have proper authorization by
their prospective countries in order to participate at the live performances. |
| Art. 6 |
According to The Data Protection Act, law n. 675 , 31 December 1996, the participants authorize the publication of information and group photos sent to the organization upon registration. |
| Art. 7 |
At any moment the organization may exclude the
participants who have not fulfilled all the above requirements from competing. |
| Art. 8 |
For groups who participate in the semi-finals, there will
be a pre-established reimbursement of their expenses. |
| Art. 9 |
In case of legal controversy, the Bologna Justice System
will be the proper mediators. |
